Get ready for a fun, active, and confidence-building season! Our 6-Week Youth Track & Field Program introduces kids ages 7–12 to the fundamentals of running, jumping, and throwing in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Throughout the program, athletes will learn proper form, build speed and agility, improve strength, and explore a variety of track and field events—all while staying active and having a great time. Each session includes skill-focused drills, games, and mini-challenges designed to keep kids engaged and excited.

Program Highlights:

  • Intro to sprinting, distance running, relays, long jump, throwing events, and more

  • Age-appropriate training led by supportive, experienced coaches

  • Focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and building confidence

  • Great for beginners and returning athletes alike

Whether your child is brand new to track and field or already loves to run, this program is the perfect way to stay active, make friends, and discover what they can achieve.

Team Weight Loss Challenge is a program designed to help members build sustainable fat-loss habits through expert guidance, accountability check-ins, and weekly motivation. This program combines an in-depth kickoff session with ongoing monthly measurements and consistent support, helping participants stay engaged and see real progress.

You can have up to 5 people on your team. Each 

Participants begin with a single, comprehensive session that includes:

• Introduction to the fundamentals of fat loss

• Education on nutrition, movement, metabolism, and habit building

• Guidance on goal setting and personal action planning

• Initial weigh-ins and body measurements

 

Participants will come to the Y at the beginning and end of the challenge for:

• Weigh-ins

• Measurements

• Brief progress conversations with a coach

 

Participants will receive a weekly email packed with:

• Encouragement and motivational coaching

• Sample workouts they can do at the Y or at home

• Healthy recipes

• Practical tips for building sustainable habits

 

This program is ideal for:

• Members looking to jump-start their fat-loss journey
• Friends/co-workers who want to work together to achieve their goals

• Individuals wanting accountability without a heavy time commitment

• Anyone seeking clear, simple, science-based guidance and weekly motivation

Small group training offers the best of both worlds: personalized coaching and the motivation of a team environment. With a certified personal trainer guiding every session, you’ll follow structured workouts tailored to your fitness level and goals. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to push past a plateau, exercises can be modified or progressed to ensure you’re challenged appropriately and safely.

Training in a small group provides built-in accountability, encouragement, and a sense of community that helps keep you consistent. You’ll build strength, improve endurance, and increase overall fitness, all while working alongside others who share similar goals.

Class Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. with Diana

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00 p.m. with Caitlin

* You must register for a class. This is not a drop-in class.

Spots are limited to ensure individualized attention, so participants receive proper coaching and feedback throughout each session. Small group training is an effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals faster, while having fun and staying motivated along the way.
