Designed for young athletes ages 7-12, this class helps kids build a strong foundation for sports performance through fun, structured training. Participants will improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and endurance while learning proper movement techniques to enhance athletic ability and reduce injury risk. Each session combines dynamic warm-ups, bodyweight and light resistance training, plyometrics, and conditioning drills—all in a supportive and high-energy environment. Whether your child plays team sports or just loves to move, this class will help them perform at their best!

Get ready to push your limits at YROX, the ultimate test of endurance, strength, and grit. Inspired by the intensity other fitness challenges, this high-energy competition combines running with functional strength challenges to create a nonstop, full-body experience.

Taking place on October 24th at 9:00 a.m. in the Turf Room and surrounding outdoor space, YROX is designed to challenge athletes of all levels (ages 14+) with a demanding and rewarding course.

Race Structure:

  • ½ mile run
  • 100 box jumps – 16 inches for women, 24 inches for men
  • ½ mile run
  • 800m of rowing on the rowing machine
  • ½ mile run
  • 100 medicine ball slams – 8 pounds for women, 10 pounds for men
  • ½ mile run
  • 4 laps of dumbbell lunges – 20 pounds each arm for women, 30 pounds each arm for men
  • ½ mile run
  • 4 laps of burpee broad jumps
  • ½ mile run
  • 4 laps of plate pushes on the turf – 45 pound plate
  • ½ mile run
  • 4 laps of farmer carry – 35 pounds for women, 50 pounds for men
  • ½ mile run
  • 100 wall balls – 8 pounds for women, 10 pounds for men
  • Finish

Each lap = 25 yard, so 4 laps would be 100 yards

Participants can compete individually or as a team, with divisions for age groups and teams. Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each category.

Get your child ready to cross the finish line with confidence this Thanksgiving!

Our 4-Week Kids Run Club is designed to help young runners prepare for the 1-mile or 2-mile Turkey Trot through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate training. Whether your child is new to running or looking to improve their endurance, this program focuses on building confidence, stamina, and a love for movement.

They will learn:

  • Proper running form and technique
  • Endurance and pacing strategies
  • Speed and agility through fun games and drills
  • Dynamic warm-ups and cool-downs
  • Goal setting, sportsmanship, and race-day confidence

Each session combines structured workouts with interactive activities to keep kids motivated, active, and having fun.

This is perfect for:

  • Beginner to intermediate runners
  • Kids training for a 1-mile or 2-mile Turkey Trot
  • Children who enjoy staying active and making new friends

By the end of the program, participants will be ready to take on their Turkey Trot race feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to achieve their personal best.

Small group training offers the best of both worlds: personalized coaching and the motivation of a team environment. With a certified personal trainer guiding every session, you’ll follow structured workouts tailored to your fitness level and goals. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to push past a plateau, exercises can be modified or progressed to ensure you’re challenged appropriately and safely.

Training in a small group provides built-in accountability, encouragement, and a sense of community that helps keep you consistent. You’ll build strength, improve endurance, and increase overall fitness, all while working alongside others who share similar goals.

Class Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. with Diana

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00 p.m. with Caitlin

* You must register for a class. This is not a drop-in class.

Spots are limited to ensure individualized attention, so participants receive proper coaching and feedback throughout each session. Small group training is an effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals faster, while having fun and staying motivated along the way.
