Description

Athletic Development is introducing or enhancing an athlete's physical ability, size, body composition, strength, speed, power and skill-specific tool enhancement. It may seem somewhat obvious, but without a focus on these qualities, the athlete has very little chance of success in the long-run. Athletic development training is the key to helping athletes maximize their potential in sports. 

Moo Athletic Development (MAD) High Performance Program will offer a multi-faceted approach that prepares athletes both physically and mentally, to tackle the unique challenges of the athlete's chosen sport.  MAD High Performance Program is not a typical cookie cutter program.  It is an entire system, not just a manual.  It is an entire athletic development and injury prevention program designed by the New York Yankees Director of Player Health and Performance that will be customized for you.  Consideration will be given to those in season of a sport and adjusted as needed to avoid overtraining.   With your commitment to the program, you will add strength, power, agility, and speed.  The program will focus on helping you MOOve better and feel better through a focus on stability, mobility, and flexibility so let's get MOOving!

MAD will work for those who are beginners or experienced athletes.  It will be customized to meet you where you are in your athletic development.  All are welcome!  For best results, it is recommended to attend 4 days a week for both sessions, however progress will be made regardless of how many days/sessions you can attend.  

MAD will be led by Chad Miller, Moo Owner and General Manager and Director of Player Development with Creighton University Baseball.  Chad has over 25 years of training athletes for high performance.  Chad was previously a GPAC Coach of the Year while Head Coach of the Midland University Baseball Program and is the all time coaching wins leader at Viterbo University.  He was a previous D1 athlete at the University of Florida and has dedicated his life to helping athletes perform better.

  • Sunday's 3:30- 5:00 PM (Dec. 1, 8, 15, 29)
  • Monday's 7:30-9:00 PM (Dec. 2,9,16,30)
  • Wednesday's 7:30-9:00 PM (Dec. 4, 11, 18)
  • Friday's 6:00-7:30 PM (Dec. 6,13,20)

Session 2 

  • Sunday's 3:30-5:00 PM (Jan. 5, 12, 19,26)
  • Monday's 7:30-9:00 PM (Jan. 6, 13, 20, 27)
  • Wednesday's 7:30-9:00 PM (Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29)
  • Friday's 6:00-7:30 PM (Jan. 10, 17, 24, 31)
