Fremont Family YMCA's NFL Youth Flag Football program is a parent coach, all participants play program designed to help kids develop the necessary skills and understanding of Flag Football in a safe and fun environment. The six-week program will include 6 Saturday games, up to 6 practices, a team photo, medal, flags, and an NFL Team Jersey. Mouth guards suggested to play.

Game/Practice Details:

League Games will be held Saturday mornings/afternoons – Between 9 AM - 2 PM (subject to run longer depending on number of teams).

Official game and practice locations TBD.

Games will consist of 5v5 and approximately 7-10 players per team.

Coaches will coordinate with parents a time and location to practice once per week.

Volunteering: Coaches and officials are needed to make this program successful. If you would like to volunteer for either role, please indicate it on your registration. *Coaches will be background-checked
