Our 4-Week Kids Run Club is designed to help young runners prepare for the 1-mile or 2-mile Turkey Trot through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate training. Whether your child is new to running or looking to improve their endurance, this program focuses on building confidence, stamina, and a love for movement.
They will learn:
- Proper running form and technique
- Endurance and pacing strategies
- Speed and agility through fun games and drills
- Dynamic warm-ups and cool-downs
- Goal setting, sportsmanship, and race-day confidence
Each session combines structured workouts with interactive activities to keep kids motivated, active, and having fun.
