This 4-week performance training program meets every Tuesday and Thursday for a total of 8 sessions.
Class Time:
- 1:00 PM - 2:00pm— Ages 8–12
This is not a “keep busy” class — it’s designed for athletes who are serious about becoming faster, stronger, and more competitive in their sport.

About the Coach:
Tyson Thomas, founder of the Nebraska Speed & Soccer Institute, leads this elite training program for dedicated athletes ages 8–18 who want real performance results — greater speed, stronger movement, and explosive athletic development.
Tyson is a CSCS-certified performance coach with master-level training, over a decade of experience, and a science-based approach focused on helping athletes move better, compete harder, and build confidence both on and off the field.
