Get ready for a fun, active, and confidence-building season! Our 6-Week Youth Track & Field Program introduces kids ages 7–12 to the fundamentals of running, jumping, and throwing in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Throughout the program, athletes will learn proper form, build speed and agility, improve strength, and explore a variety of track and field events—all while staying active and having a great time. Each session includes skill-focused drills, games, and mini-challenges designed to keep kids engaged and excited.
