About the Coach:
Tyson Thomas, founder of the Nebraska Speed & Soccer Institute. He will lead this high-performance training program built for serious athletes ages 8–18, who want real results — faster speed, stronger movement, and explosive performance.
Tyson is a CSCS-certified performance coach with master-level training, a decade of experience, and a science-backed approach that helps athletes move better, compete harder, and build confidence from the inside out.
