Description

Weight Loss Foundations is a program designed to help members build sustainable fat-loss habits through expert guidance, accountability check-ins, and weekly motivation. This program combines an in-depth kickoff session with ongoing monthly measurements and consistent support, helping participants stay engaged and see real progress throughout the winter season.

Participants begin with a single, comprehensive session that includes:

• Introduction to the fundamentals of fat loss

• Education on nutrition, movement, metabolism, and habit building

• Guidance on goal setting and personal action planning

• Initial weigh-ins and body measurements

 

Participants will return once a month for:

• Weigh-ins

• Measurements

• Brief progress conversations with a coach

 

Participants will receive a weekly email packed with:

• Encouragement and motivational coaching

• Sample workouts they can do at the Y or at home

• Healthy recipes

• Practical tips for building sustainable habits
